Provide technical assistance and professional development in the education of English language learners in grades PreK-12. Requires knowledge of research-based staff development strategies; 5 years teaching experience with ELLs; outstanding oral and written skills; staff development experience; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; collaborative team player. Bilingualism and computer literacy strongly preferred. Travel required. Reliable mode of transportation is needed. Masters Degree or above and a minimum of 5 years teaching experience in bilingual education and/or ESOL and are certified in ESOL, grades K-12 or one or more bilingual extension certificates in different languages.
