Installation, maintenance, and repair of: electrical wiring controls, circuit breakers, switches, and light fixtures; plumbing lines, pipes and fixtures, heating, ventilation and air conditioning; gas and electric appliances; gas and oil-fired furnaces; pumps; oil, gas and steam boilers; may enter work orders on personal computer and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Five (5) years journey level experience in plumbing, heating, or electrical work. Experience in the maintenance and repair of pumps, piping, valves and related appurtenances within a water system is considered as qualifying plumbing experience for this position.
