Substitute Building Maintenance WorkerThe New York Mills Union Free School District has an immediate opening for Substitute Building Maintenance Worker. Duties involve maintenance to interior and exterior of school facilities.Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of general building maintenance repair practices and grounds keeping duties. Serve as general handyman; Has the ability to operate automotive vehicles, air compressors and other motorized equipment economically and efficiently. Willingness to perform the practices and techniques of standard trades; mechanical aptitude, industry; thoroughness; dependability; routine manual work, and physical dexterity with duties of the position.A valid NYS Drivers’ License preferred.Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some experience in either general building maintenance or building trades and groundskeeping work.Rate per contract: CSEA - NYMUFSD ContractInterested candidates must possess fingerprint clearance.
