The North Syracuse School District is looking for an Automotive/School Bus Mechanic to work in their fast pace/high volume garage. Applicants must have experience and knowledge in heavy duty repairs in air brake systems, heavy duty suspensions, perform diagnostics/repairs in wiring and diesel engines, oil changes, aftertreatment systems, brake inspections per DOT guidelines and also DOT inspections. CDL B required with training available. CDL B with tow truck endorsement a plus. Must be willing to work 8 hour days between the hours of 5am – 7pm M-F. Full benefits with paid vacations. Holiday time off.Starting rate - $37.25/hr.
