The Niskayuna Central School District is now accepting applications for an anticipated probationary track Science Teacher - Chemistry for the 2024-2025 school year. Successful candidates will demonstrate knowledge of the instructional shifts required by the NYS Science Learning Standards as well as experience with engaging and motivating students. Experience and interest in implementing inquiry-based coursework will be paramount. Assignment: Niskayuna High School; 10 months per year QUALIFICATIONS: NYS Teaching Certification: Chemistry 7-12 Niskayuna will only accept completed applications, which must also include the following materials which should be uploaded to your application: a cover letter, resume and 3 letters of reference.NOTE: Selected applicants will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001.
