The Niskayuna Central School District has an opening and is accepting applications for a Special Education Teacher - Resource Room/Consultant Teacher. ASSIGNMENT: Rosendale Elementary School; Resource Room/Consultant Teacher; 10 months per year; 0.5 FTE QUALIFICATIONS: NYS Certification - Students with Disabilities K-5 or Special Education K-2. Reading, Wilson, and/or Orton Gillingham certification preferred. Niskayuna will only accept completed applications, which must also include the following materials which should be uploaded to your application: a cover letter, resume, 3 letters of reference, transcripts, certification(s), and an essay answering why you chose teaching as a profession and why you wish to work for the Niskayuna CSD.
