POSITION: High School Physical Education Teacher – Full TimeProbationary Appointment EFFECTIVE DATE: September 1, 2025 LOCATION: MS/HS SALARY: Per the NSTA Contract $58,973-$149,629 QUALIFICATIONS: - New York State Physical Education and New York Health Certification Required- Develops and engages students in Health and Physical Education classes and is consistent with the school district vision and goals that are aligned with the NYS Standards.- Knowledge of current health and physical education instructional methods and differentiated instruction for all levels of learners including Adapted Physical Education.- Experience with social emotional learning preferred.- Interest in fulfilling other responsibilities such as a club advisor/athletic coach. - Apply on OLAS and the North Salem School District Website.
