The City School District of New Rochelle is seeking a suitable qualified candidate to fill a leave replacement position for an ESL Teacher.Candidate will develop students' language skills in the four modalities (listening, speaking, reading and writing) and literacy using the District's approved ENL program Candidate will work with students at the Entering, Emerging and Expanding levels of proficiency in grades 3-5.Candidate will work with the Lead ENL teacher and ENL team to prepare students for the New York State English as a Second Language Achievement Test (NYSESLAT).Ideally the candidate would be ENL or literacy certified.
