Extensive knowledge of administration of the NYSITELL and NYSESLAT. Extensive experience with integrated ENL classes in the elementary content areas. Bilingual Spanish (preferred)Responsibilities: Plan, prepare and facilitate lessons to develop students’ language acquisition and literacy for stand-alone and integrated classes. Lessons include integration of instructional technology and student-centered activities. Assess students’ performance accurately and regularly; provide thoughtful and meaningful feedback for improvement. Establish and maintain an open channel of communication with parents and school personnel. Promote a safe and stimulating environment for all students; encourage student participation.
