Attend pre-program preparation and planning meetings? Assist with interviewing and hiring the ESY staff? Assist with scheduling students into classes and their related services? Assist with assigning staff? Effectively communicate with parents, students, staff, administrators, and districts? Plan, Organize and Supervise Trips? Present at ESY site? Coordinate room placement needs? Maintain communication with parents/guardians regarding program updates and progress? Organization of breakfast and lunch distribution? Monitor daily attendance? Updates inventory and delivery of all program materials that go into storage in coordination with the ESY District Coordinator? Coordinates student bus arrivals, transitions, and dismissal? Oversight of input and analysis of student academic data? Emergency point of contact for district administration?
