The New Paltz CSD is accepting applications for Per Diem Substitute Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. All Grades/Subjects. Application requirements: High School Diploma and at least one year beyond high school Upload cover letter, resume and a copy of your high school diploma or college transcript to OLAS - or- Mail application documents to: Dr. Linda Oehler-Marx, Deputy Superintendent New Paltz Central School District 196 Main Street New Paltz, New York 12561 Please note, all applicants must also submit a New Paltz CSD Substitute Teaching Application which can be found at www.newpaltz.k12.ny.us under Our District/Employment/Substitute Teaching tab. Substitute Teacher rates are as follows: $125 per day for uncertified substitute teacher $150 per day for substitute teacher with NYS teaching certification Minority candidates are encouraged to apply.
