This position is an indefinite leave that may extend the rest of the school year.Qualifications:Valid New York State 7–12 Social Studies certification is required.Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with New York State Learning Standards.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes participation, inquiry, and critical thinking.Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative measures; provide timely and constructive feedback.Communicate effectively with colleagues, students, parents, and administrators to support student learning and growth.
