Anticipated Positions - Teacher Aides:North Shore School District is seeking teacher aides for our K-2 8:1:3 ABA and a 15:1:1 special class (ILC) at Sea Cliff Elementary School. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess a strong interest in working with students who present with a range of learning challenges.Teacher Aides will be responsible for the following:maintaining and organizing classroom materialsassisting students during arrival and dismissalimplementing a child’s behavior intervention plancollecting data and documenting student’s progress under the direction of the classroom teacherunder the direction of the special educator , assist with basic instructional activities and with monitoring student safety as they navigate the classroom and school buildingsupporting students in successfully accessing a variety of school-based settings including special area classes, lunch, and recesssupporting children in the completion of required daily living activities (may include toilet training)working collaboratively with the classroom teacher, teaching assistants and related service providersApply on OLAS
