Job Type Full-time - Monday through Friday (8:00 am - 4:00 pm) – Fort Edward Site Pay Rate - $65,000-$82,000.00 depending on experience and educationQualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Experience in current field or related field highly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, communication and organizational skills.Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)Program Oversight:Oversees all aspects of program & operations in relation to staff and practices (e.g. classroom management support, classroom staff assignments, trainings, coordinating and overseeing the mentor program, application of Applied Behavior Analysis, and practices in the classrooms).Monitor educational programs, including curriculum progress, and collect lesson plans, newsletters, and event communications from classrooms.Conduct weekly check-ins with classrooms and related services.Maintain effective communication with parents and addressing any concerns or inquiries. o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements set by the Office of Children and Family Services and the New York State Education Department.Applied Behavior Analysis Operations:Oversee and support the Directors with all aspects related to Applied Behavior Analysis in the program, preschool operations, behavioral program, educational programs and student enrollment and attendance.Reports, Trainings, & Meetings:Coordinate the submission, review, and distribution of quarterly report.Conduct annual review trainings and oversee the annual review process.Ensure that all staff trainings are completed and that professional development opportunities are available.Attend meetings presented by the school districts and counties.BenefitsHealth (CDPHP), Dental, Vision & AFLAC Paid Holidays Personal, Medical, & Vacation PTO Tuition Reimbursement Program Paid Family Leave and Short-Term and Long-Term Disability paid by agency Retirement Plans - Profit Sharing & 403BAbout Newmeadow Newmeadow is a comprehensive ABA school that promotes, provides, and reinforces the use of data-driven teaching techniques for the instruction of all students.
