Full-time - Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 3:00 pm) - Clifton Park SitePay Rate - $45,000 - $80,000 based on experience and educationSchool year and six-week Summer ProgramIntegrated and Self-contained preschool classrooms, ages 3-5 QualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing and/or Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York State in good standing - RequiredMaster’s degree in special education, applied behavior analysis, or psychology Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)Utilize evidence-based practice in the development of intervention plans, treatment plans, and skill acquisition plans; provide assistance, training, and feedback before and/or during implementation.Conduct education and behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, FBAs, ETC.).Responsible for Supervision, Mentorship, and oversight of quality of services and documentation of RBTs and BTs.Create and conduct training for staff and/or parents in the techniques, principles, and practice of Applied Behavior Analysis.Schedule and conduct observations and provide hands-on training and guidance.Discusses client progress and reviews treatment and behavior plans with caregiver.
