Knowledge of IEP Development and Implementation: Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Differentiated Instruction: Ability to adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students with various disabilities. Behavior Management: Expertise in implementing positive behavior supports and interventions (PBIS) and managing challenging behaviors Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills .
