Direct and manage the instructional programs and supervise operations and personnel at the high school level. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. Oversee compliance with district policies, the success of instructional programs, and the operation of all high school campus activities.Other responsibilities include but are not limited to. Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Evaluate the instructional program and teaching effectiveness Manage budget and personnel Coordinate campus functions Implement policy and procedures Interpret and utilize data Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills. NYS Certification in SBL (school building leadership) or SDL (school district Leadership)
