School Counselor/ Elementary School TBD The Elementary School Counselor will support students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral development through individual and group counseling, classroom lessons, and collaboration with staff and families. This role includes promoting a positive school climate, providing short-term counseling and crisis support, and connecting students and families with appropriate resources. The counselor works as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure all students have equitable access to a safe and supportive learning environment.
