240424-05Taft Hall Administrative Dean/SHSSDA or SBLShaker High School is seeking an Administrative Dean for our Eleventh and Twelfth Graders. The Taft Hall Administrative Dean directly works with the Hall Principal, Faculty and Staff, and our Eleventh and Twelfth Graders. The Taft Hall Administrative Dean is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Hall, including discipline and restorative care, student achievement and emotional development, responsive relationships with teachers and staff, and initiatives to support school culture and growth. A successful candidate will collaborate with the SHS and NCCS Administrative Teams, Faculty and Staff, and Students and Families to create a welcoming and affirming environment for all. Will be organized, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and possess exemplary communication skills.
