The Department of Curriculum, Instruction & Technology at Nassau BOCES is seeking a Supervisor II to support Data and Management Services. Responsibilities include: Supervision of all District Educational Management Solutions team staff supporting Frontline Special Education (IEP Direct, RTI, Medicaid Direct) Frontline Management Solutions (Central, Recruiting & Hiring, Time & Attendance, etc.) Renaissance Platforms (Star Assessments, myON, Freckle, eduClimber, etc.) School Board Software (BoardDocs, Granicus) Right Reason Technologies Supervision and Management of all financial aspects of the District Educational Management Solutions team including budget creation, generating letters of intent, generating purchase orders, billing, and payment of invoices Providing professional development to all District Educational Management Solutions staff and extensive training of new staff members Oversee accuracy of vendor contracts, particularly pricing schedules Project management of special district specific projects REQUIREMENTS: New York State Education Department Certification: School District Leader (SDL) or School District Administrator (SDA) Strong knowledge of Renaissance and Frontline products indicated above Strong knowledge of BoardDocs and Community Strong knowledge of the Medicaid reimbursement process Experience in facilitating professional development for teachers and administrators Excellent written, verbal and communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams
