NYS Nursing license required and fingerprint clearance.Interested candidates please apply on OLAS with resume and cover letter.Duties may include:Supports the daily health and medical needs of students.Administers medication prescribed by students’ physicianAdministers first aid and emergency treatment to studentsAssists the School Medical Director or other higher-level health care professional in physical, visual and auditory screening examinations of studentsArranges to transport sick or injured students or employees to hospital, home, doctor’s or dentist’s office in case of emergencyInspects the school plant, playground and cafeteria and reports on general safety and sanitary conditionsOrders, inventories and oversees the storage of first aid and health related supplies and equipment
