Description:Marlboro Central School District is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach to lead and develop our JV team for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. This position is ideal for a coach who values player development, teamwork, and fostering a positive athletic experience for high school student-athletes.Responsibilities:Plan and lead JV volleyball practices and gamesTeach fundamental skills, game strategy, and sportsmanshipWork collaboratively with the Varsity Coach and Athletic DirectorProvide mentorship and support to student-athletesManage team communications and schedulesEnsure player safety and adherence to all school and league policiesQualifications:Strong leadership and communication skillsNYS Coaching License which includes CPR/AED/First Aid/Concussion certification (or willingness to obtain)Must pass background check and meet all district/school employment requirementsPositive role model with a focus on skill development and character-building
