Millard Fillmore Elementary School is in search of a dynamic, collaborative Reading Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year.The qualified candidate will join a Reading Team and assume the following responsibilities:Develop and implement literacy interventionsWork collaboratively with grade-level teams regarding forming and instructing intervention groups Leading the process of the administration of Universal Screeners and diagnostic assessments to target student interventionsKnowledge of the Science of Reading and the ability to support teachers to adapt their instructional practicesA New York State Literacy Specialist Certification is required.
