Mt. Pleasant Cottage School UFSD is seeking a Full-Time School Nurse with RN certification. This is a 12 month position: it includes the regular school year of 10 months (September - June) and 6 continuous weeks during July-August. Benefits include dental, vision and health insurance, paid time off and sick leave, an employee assistance program and a flexible spending account.The school district services approximately 240 special needs students aged 5-21 years, placed in 2 school buildings. Responsibilities will be shared with a second RN. We serve students with a range of needs, including emotional, intellectual, learning disabilities, multiple disabilities, speech impairments, other health impairments and autism, in classes with low student-to-staff ratios.
