This individual will serve as a visible leader and exceptional communicator who promotes creativity and innovation, while empowering staff to build expertise and contribute to a positive school community.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides visionary instructional leadership that uses data to drive decisions and interventions.Supervises, mentors, and evaluates all faculty and staff to promote professional growth and instructional excellence.Ensures a safe and nurturing learning environment.Builds strong relationships with students, families, staff, and the community.Oversees school operations, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and testing.Leads building-level teams and contributes to district-wide planning and initiatives.QualificationsValid NYS School Building Leader (SBL) or School District Leader (SDL).Proven experience in data-driven instruction and staff development.Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.Commitment to high expectations for all students.
