The Mohonasen Central School District has a probationary vacancy for a Mathemataics teacher at Drapaer Middle School. Salary as per contract. New York State Mathematics 7-12 certification with a Math 5-6 extension required OR Elementary through Greade 6 (7-9 math extension or math experience preferred). RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote an inclusive environment that welcomes students of all backgrounds; Develop and implement Draper’s middle school mathematics curriculum in conjunction with other grade level, subject area teachers; Collaborate with other middle school faculty/staff in order to assess student achievement on grade level assessments and benchmarks; Maintain accurate records as it pertains to student grades and achievement, attendance, discipline, and communication.
