Vacancy with Rotterdam-Mohonasen Central School District, 2072 Curry Road, Schenectady, NY 12303, is currently seeking a 1.0 FTE Long Term Substitute English Teacher for the 2022-2023 school year at Draper Middle School. Salary as per contract. Candidate must have New York State English 7-12 certification. Responsibilities:Promote an inclusive environment that welcomes all learners.Develop and implement Draper Middle School’s ELA curriculum in conjunction with other grade level and content area teachers.Collaborate with other middle school faculty/staff in order to assess student achievement on grade level assessments and benchmarks.Maintain accurate records as it pertains to student grades and achievement, attendance, discipline, and communication.Supervise students outside of the classroom as it pertains to the MTA contract.Participate in all faculty and department meetings.
