Duties: The Special Education Teacher is responsible for the instruction of Grades 7-9 core content classes within a self-contained special education setting, as well as all of the activities to support the special education program as outlined by the program director. Qualifications: New York State Middle Level Special Education Teacher Certification, Certified or Highly Qualified in English and one additional content area (Math, Science, Social Studies) Location of Position: Middle Level Skills Development, VVS Middle/High School Term of Employment: Full Time - 10 Month Salary: Contingent upon education and experience and according to the Madison-Oneida BOCES Teacher Contract. Starting Date: September 2026
