Hospitality Instructor (Integrated English Language & Civics Education) Adult Education (In Anticipation of Need)Content Areas: Hospitality and ServSafe for adult refugee and low literacy participantsDuties: Deliver curriculum and classroom materials for English Language & low literacy learners as specified by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute's Guest Service track and ServSafe. Experience with adult ELA and low literacy level learners helpful. Community outreach, networking and marketing of the program are required. Good communication skills and ability to create hospitality experiences beneficial.Qualifications: Experience in Hospitality, English Language learners, Low Literacy, Adult Education. Teacher certification or ability to complete Adult Ed Certification a must.Location of Position: BOCES Consortium of Continuing Education, Utica ACCESS Site, 508 Second Street, Utica, NYTerm of Employment: 37.5 hours/weekSalary: $26-$30/hour (depending on experience)Starting Date: February 2026
