Duties: The Corporate & Community Education Coordinator is an administrator position that reports to the Senior Coordinator of Adult & Continuing Education. Duties include but are not limited to: oversight of Literacy programming at Oneida, Rome and Utica ACCESS sites. Programming includes high school equivalency preparation, (GED) and English as a Second Language. Supervisor for all support and Instructional staff. Recruit, orient and supervise instructors; serve as point of contact for all staff, provide feedback to improve quality of programs and instruction Provide literacy program curriculum, assessment, professional development, fiscal, and data management based on local, state, and federal grant/allocation guidelines. Work with a team to develop marketing materials including course catalogs and brochures and coordinate staff participation at local career and job fairsQualifications: Bachelors Degree in business or education preferred or experience in a related field. Candidates should be well versed in Microsoft Suite and possess excellent communication and listening skills. Applicants should be prepared to work independently and as an effective team member.Location of the Position: Literacy ACCESS Sites Oneida, Rome & Utica Term of Employment: Full-time, 12-month Salary: Based on experience and education Starting Date: October 2024
