Duties: Duties include intake direct instruction, assisting with testing/assessment, maintaining accurate record keeping and accountability for student achievement and retention. Seeking candidates with experience teaching and ability to work with a diverse adult and/or out-of-school youth population to deliver basic academic skill instruction as well as high school equivalency preparation; comfortable teaching adults who may have learning difficulties. Candidates must be self-disciplined and able to work within a team and independently.Qualifications: NYS Teaching Certification requiredLocation of Position: Oneida Recreation CenterTerm of Employment: Part-Time, Mon - Thurs/Fri 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (July/August)Salary: $25-$29 / hr.
