Administrative Vacancy - District Instructional Leader The Mineola School District is seeking a District Instructional Leader that will be responsible for providing leadership and support for the existing instructional, curricular, intervention, behavioral, and support systems in place. Responsibilities include supervision of school staff regarding instruction, curriculum. Responsible for: Providing instructional coaching/mentoring for teachers Conducting observations using Danielson Framework Demonstrate a commitment to developing a strong, innovative and engaging instructional learning environment for all learners Strong knowledge of PK - 12 literacy including The Gradual Release of Responsibilities and other evidence based instructional frameworks Curriculum leadership and professional development Possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others in multiple settings Experience with Dual Language and ENL preferred Familiarity with NYS Standards Certifications: NYS certification in Administration required (SAS, SDA, SBL, SDL) Please apply on OLAS and email a letter of interest, resume and copy of certification by April 13, 2026 to: mmaravel@mineola.k12.ny.us Margarita Maravel, Director of Personnel with “District Instructional Leader” in the subject line.
