The Miller Place School District is seeking a full time behavior counselor who will be placed in one of our schools. SCOPE Education Services is handling recruitment. Behavior Counselors act as social workers/guidance staff to help students with behavioral and other difficulties, working with the administration and other staff as a team. Certification as a School Guidance Counselor or School Social Worker is required. SCOPE Education Services is a private, 501 (c) (3) organization, chartered by the New York State Board of Regents in 1964 to provide services to school districts in New York State.
