Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in the development of intervention programs, writing individualized education programs, and monitoring student progress4. Experience with a behavioral approach to teaching and learning5. Ability to maintain a positive learning environment6. Knowledge of New York State Common Core Learning Standards and understanding of effective classroom instruction7. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills8.
