Understanding of Culturally Responsive Social Emotional Learning Practices, Anti-racist policies and Trauma Sensitive Practices4. Must be adept at supporting and implementing data-informed practices5. Must be able to build both relationships and systems with a variety of different stakeholders, positively impacting school culture and climate6. Experience with Functional Behavioral Assessment and Classroom Management7. CSE experience preferred8. Experience working in schools and with children preferred9. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills10.
