The Middle Country Central School District is seeking an Assistant Business Administrator in the District Office.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years Public School Business Office Experience PreferredNYS Certification SDBL or Transitional H CertificatePrepare State Required Reporting: ST-3, Grant Reporting, ESSA Transparency ReportingAssist with Budget Preparation, oversee budget accounts, maintain & set-up all account codes in NVisionPrepare monthly financial reports for Board of EducationReconcile, prepare and print all W-2’s and 1099 FormsPrepare Quarterly Payroll tax returns & Annual sales tax returnPrepare and view cash flowCoordinate and assist with Internal and External Audits Record any cash receipts & make transfers to support payroll/disbursement requirementsPrepare budget transfers, monthly journal entries and maintain & reconcile all accounts to NVision, including Accounts Receivable and Fixed AssetsSupervise staff as necessaryAssist the Assistant Superintendent for Business and Director of Operations as neededWork as a team player, be self-motivated, have strong communication skills and be a dynamic problem solver
