NOTICE OF VACANCY_______________________________www.mcgrawschools.org_______________________________ SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER Certified Position Full Time, 10-month position DUTIES: Responsible for all aspects of teaching including but not limited to the development and implementation of Next Generation Learning Standards/Curriculum, instruction, assessment, student supervision, home/school communication, etc. Serve as a collegial team member in a dynamic educational setting. Provide instruction to students with developmental delays in a special class program. Maintain student records consistent with State and Federal regulations. Perform other duties as required. Previous experience working with students with developmental disabilities preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: New York State Certification in Special Education.
