Description:

The Mayfield Central School District, located near the Great Sacandaga Lake and approximately 40 miles northwest of the Capital District, is seeking a full-time (1.0) FTE secondary English Language Arts teacher to start January 2, 2025. This is a position through June 26, 2025 to fill a leave of absence.  Candidates for this position must possess, at least, a Bachelor's degree (Masters degree preferred), and a valid New York State certification in English 7-12. Additional certification in literacy/reading is not required, but is preferred. Applications must include resume with cover letter, copies of unofficial transcripts, copy of NYS certification and three reference letters.
