Provide long-term management of students with special health care needs.Communicate clearly and proactively with parents, faculty, and staff on student illnesses.Adhere to and promote all school health policies.Facilitate New York State mandated immunization and communicable disease control requirements.Serve as a health resource and educator in the health instruction curriculum.Demonstrated initiative, leadership, organization, and decision-making skills, coupled with objectivity and good professional judgment in stressful situations.Proficiency in basic computer operation, including electronic health records management office software.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.COMPENSATION: In accordance with the Agreement between the Board of Education and the Mamaroneck Teachers’ Association.
