Title: Teacher Aide: Support for Student Engagement & DevelopmentBilingual (English-Spanish) Strongly Preferred Location: Mamaroneck High School Supervisor: Building Assistant Principal Position Available: August 28, 2025 Hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week Responsibilities: Working closely and alongside the Coordinator of Student Engagement and DevelopmentMonitoring students in school detention/in-school suspension or to assist with restorative interventionsMaintaining accurate student consequence and progress monitoring recordsOn-going communication with the Coordinator of Student Engagement and Development and administrationCoordinating with teachers for academic work for students. Coordinating with the counseling department with assistance for restorative interventions.Willing to participate in job-related trainingsManaging multiple students throughout the daySupervise/Monitor students in other school-related activitiesOther school-related responsibilities Qualities and Related Skills:High level of personal motivationExcellent organizational skillsDependableGood communication skillsProactive problem-solverBuilds strong rapport with students.
