The Mahopac Central School District seeks to fill the following probationary position for the 2023/2024 School Year: Special Education Behavior Analyst - DistrictwideThe Behavior Specialist will be responsible for working collaboratively with staff and administrators on implementing behavior support practices; including but not limited to behavior observation/monitoring, behavior consultations, administration of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans. The Behavior Specialist will be expected to participate in various meetings (CSE meeting, parent conferences, staff meetings and professional development).Students with Disabilities (SWD Birth-Grade 2 or SWD Grades 1-6 or SWD K-12) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst or School Psychologist certification is required.
