ANTICIPATED POSITION AVAILABLE Leave Replacement Occupational Therapist Marion Street Elementary School November 2, 2026 – February 5, 2027 The Lynbrook Public School District is seeking a registered Occupational Therapist to fill a leave replacement position at the Marion Street Elementary School. Position anticipated to begin on November 2, 2026 and continue through February 5, 2027. The ideal candidate should have proven experiences administering and writing-up occupational therapy evaluations; designing and implementing creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions; collecting data to support IEP goals; providing input at CPSE/CSE meetings; and maintaining ongoing communication with supervisors, staff, and families. Additional experiences with the process of implementing and monitoring OT improvement, being a member of a multidisciplinary support team providing classroom based strategies across a variety of instructional settings, and experience working with students on the Autism Spectrum, are preferred. The ideal candidate will hold a current New York State Occupational Therapy License and possess fingerprint clearance through OSPRA.
