POSITION AVAILABLE2023-2024 Special Education Teacher Kindergarten CenterThe Lynbrook Public School District is seeking a certified teacher to fill a probationary position as a special education teacher at the Kindergarten Center. Position begins with the 2023-2024 school year. Elementary experience providing instruction to students in a cooperative teaching setting and implementing an FBA is preferred. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the Sounds-Write Phonics Program and Teachers College Reading and Writing Project. Valid NYS Certification required (Birth-2 or 1-6 or Pre-K-6). Additional NYS Certification in TESOL and/or reading is preferred. Full NYS fingerprint clearance is required. Interested candidates must apply via OLAS on or before March 6, 2023.
