Monday - Friday7:00am - 3:30pmQualifications/Abilities:- Five years "Full Time" experience at a Journeyman level in maintenance/construction work- Documented completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program - Documented progressive CARPENTRY experience in a commercial or educational setting PREFERRED- Thorough knowledge of methods, materials, tools & equipment used in carpentry work- Knowledge of local codes and regulations associated with construction and carpentry work- Extensive experience with finish carpentry PREFERRED- Ability to read and understand sketches, drawing and blueprints required- Valid NYS Driver's License - NYS CDL Class A or B Driver's License PREFERRED
