The Lindenhurst UFSD is seeking a dynamic Elementary Principal to fill an anticipated vacancy for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates must possess the appropriate NYS Administrative Certification. In addition, candidates should have experience with teacher evaluations, building schedules, special education programs, foundational math instruction, literacy instruction, social-emotional development, and school operations. The candidate should demonstrate instructional leadership that is student-focused and have the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders. Elementary certification and experience are strongly preferred. Strong consideration will be given to bilingual candidates.
