The Lindenhurst UFSD is seeking to contract with a physical therapist to support gross motor development for district students. The caseload consists of approximately 12-thirty minute sessions. The position is contractual; an individual contract will be developed and submitted for board approval.Physical therapy certification/licensure required.Provide mandated physical therapy sessions based on IEP mandates.Track progress related to student goals.Record and submit session notes.Ongoing communication with staff and parents.Interested applicants should submit job-specific cover letters to Ms. Irene DeNisco, Director of Special Education and PPS.
