The Lindenhurst UFSD is seeking a highly qualified elementary/early childhood certified teacher to serve as an interventionist for our K - 2 students. Bi-lingual (Spanish) extension and Literacy Certification preferred. Candidates should have experience in evidence-based literacy instruction, the ability to differentiate instruction to meet individualized needs and the ability to communicate with teachers, parent, and administration. Candidates will be required to analyze date to inform their instruction and also plan/facilitate parent workshops/support. The position is a full-time probationary position that is funded through the Title 1 Grant.
