The Lindenhurst UFSD is looking to fill a leave of absence for an AIS Reading teacher. This individual will work with students who have been identified as needing academic intervention services in reading and implement a variety of reading interventions. Experience with resources such as Wilson, Fundations, Linda Mood Bell and LLI a plus.The candidate is expected to utilize a variety of data points to determine AIS entry and exit criteria as per the District MTSS plan. Experience with benchmark assessments, running records, and small group guided reading preferred. Literacy certification required.
