Position: Permanent Contingent Account Clerk PPS (12 months) Location: Pupil Personnel Services Qualifications: Performs clerical work involving account-keeping tasks. Work requires substantial part-time typing; does related work as required including STAC, Medicaid, contracts, purchasing, inputs requisitions; puts invoices together for payment, files student information for State and Medicaid reimbursement, handles mail, email, answers telephone, data input, filing and various other clerical duties, performs a wide variety of clerical and account keeping tasks. Ability to carry out oral and written directions, ability to prepare reports using various computer programs, ability to communicate via written documents, telephone, email and/ or portals to various state and federal agencies, ability to make arithmetic computations rapidly and accurately, ability to operate a personal computer, utilize common office software programs including word processing, spread sheets and databases at an acceptable rate of accuracy and speed.
