Demonstrate a track record of promoting professional growth within a collaborative learning organization. Possess knowledge of TC and IReady philosophies and instruction. Have experience in developing classroom interventions using RtI/MTSS, AIS goal writing and progress monitoring, as well as knowledge of 504 and IDEA law. Facilitate initial and annual 504 meetings Experience with managing emergencies and crisis team collaboration. Supervise teachers, TAs, and LAs to ensure the overall successful building operations and student learning and safety. Expertise in supervising teachers to actively monitor student learning, lesson planning, assessment data, and lesson observations NYS SAS or SBL certification required and previous elementary school teaching or administrative experience preferred.
